Had problems in the bedroom before we got married....what I can do to make it better?

My husband and I have been together 8 years, about a year ago my drive went down hill!!! Completely!! I had a hysterectomy in Jan. thinking it would help, but it hasn't. I have absolutely no desire, need or want for it. I know it is not fair to him and I love him completely. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
