Help Wart on inside of ?

Hello im 20 and while in the shower i noticed the head of something sticking out of the lips on the end of my . When i opened the lips of my it looks like a decent sized wart. what should i do? will it go away or should it be removed, i don't think it is genital warts because i don't have them anywhere else and the last time i had was months ago
