Is it worth buying the toshiba libretto W100 dual touch screen mini laptop?

i need a new laptop cause the ones supplied to us by the school seriously suck. i went to harvey norman today just to look at what they have, previously i was going to buy a macbook air and install windows 7 OS so i could play windows games, but then i saw this dual touch screen small laptop that looks really cool, only problems i had with it were the touch screen not responding half of the time, not sure if that was bad hardware or just overuse of the demo. i also dont know, since i like to play games, would it be able to play low graphic games? or run programs like GameMaker or Adobe Photoshop?
