Knox gelatin for gsd ears to stand?

i was wondering if anyone has used the knox gelatin powder to help with the standing of their gsd ears. i have an almost 7 month old who still has a floppy ear and the one that seems to stand a little seems a bit weak. i am just not sure how much to give her. she is 60lbs. thanks for your help.
