Will UCF likely join the Big East or ACC?

I don't know what exactly are the criteria for joining a BCS conference but I think performance factors in a little bit. Louisville used to be in the Conference USA. In their last year in that conference they went 11-1, only losing to Miami, and beat Boise State in their bowl game. UCF could possibly get into a BCS conference. They've had seasons where they were competitive enough. If they did join one it would be the Big East because they have eight teams and I hope ECU goes with them.
