Wireless network help D:?

I have a Cisco linksys E1000 router and recently when I try to connect to it wirelessly the internet connection drops every 5 min or so. I don't have problems with wired connections to the router so I ume it's only a problem with the wireless aspect of it.I'm not too knowledgeable in this area of technology so if their is any easy to understand help, it would be greatly appreciated :D
