Help with project ideas on helping people in 3rd world countries?

Every term in my cl we do a project on a pion or interest. This term I want to do it on helping people in 3rd world countries. I have already done the 40 hour famine this year so I want to know how else I can help people and after I helped them how I can present that as a project.
