I bought a webcam but i want to take it bk what will be my excuse?

i recently bought a webcam from argos it is a crap one it cost 7.99 and it goes all werid ad it is fuzzy you cnt really see yourself and i want to get a refund but i dnt no what my excuse will be i wanna get a better one should i say it dnt work?
