My 10 year old dog is driving me insane!?

Start over on training her. Contrary to belief allowing a dog to get their way all the time doesn't make the happy and it's not a great life. Increase exercise, start removing her from the room before anyone in the family eats, feed her after the family is finished eating and speak with a behaviorist about retraining her.
